Baratta Company was established in 1973 by the present Managing Director aiming to construct and sell food equipment for the marine sector and catering for communities. In over 40 years of activity in this sector, the company achieved thousands of installations on board vessels and communities.
The range of products of the Baratta company consists of machines specifically designed to meet the different needs of the catering sector: from automatic pasta cookers to pasteurizers for producing jams and preserves, from bratt pans for cooking meat and vegetables to automatic pots for vacuum cooking or by pressure.
